About Us
Quality learning in organizations means learning to consistently meet or exceed expectations of colleagues and society so both entities succeed. It is achieved through continual improvement of systems which aim to produce the optimum state of personal, social, physical, and intellectual development within each individual. It is a commitment to excellence by each individual and is achieved through teamwork and a process of continual improvement and/or redesign. The result: society and colleague loyalty now and in the future.

By implementing quality learning techniques and basic statistical tools, individuals are able to chart their learning, evaluate their work and take responsibility for their learning and work processes. They improve their learning process by identifying, defining and overcoming the barriers that stand in their way.

David P. Langford first implemented quality learning tools, techniques, theories, and philosophies in the educational environment almost two decades ago. The results were dramatic and students realized that school exists to foster lifelong learning. Since that time, Langford International Inc. has integrated continual improvement methods and concepts into student learning, school leadership, and promoting partnerships between the corporate and educational worlds.

"The ability to perform quality improvement miracles in every learning system has always been available to us; it is the power within. The processes and concepts have been developed and tested in business and education for decades. All we need to do is start. We hope you will join us on the cutting edge of common sense."
- David P. Langford

“I have learned that Langford Learning is about more than just tools. It’s about a whole new approach to education – from the way we interact with students to the way we design our schools and involve students in the process throughout. David spoke from a teacher’s perspective and people easily made links to their own classrooms. Everyone has commented on being constantly engaged - well done.”
