Payment Policy

The Langford Learning online store is for credit card purchases (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) inside the United States. All transactions are fully secure and are in U.S. funds. You may also purchase products with a purchase order by contacting us via fax (406-628-2228) or e-mail (office@langfordlearning.com).

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be charged at 10% of the total order amount, with a minimum of $10.00 USD. Please note that an additional postage fee of $8.00 USD will be added for poster and wall chart orders since they must ship in their own tubes separately from other products. Most materials are shipped UPS Ground (3-6 days) unless you notify us with special shipping instructions. If you require faster shipping, please have your credit card ready and call 406-628-2227 for assistance.

Return Policy

Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. If damaged upon arrival, merchandise can be returned by calling 406-628-2227 for return authorization.
