This is the 12th revision of our best selling quality improvement tool guide. The spiral bound handbook is an excellent resource to take to meetings and/or use in the classroom. It is written in an easy-to-understand format with diagrams and explanations of 60 Quality Improvement Tools and their suggested uses for education, business and healthcare.

Our goal was simplicity. Each tool has a process explanation and is graphically represented. All of the Quality Learning tools are also referenced to the PDSA cycle for fast tool selection and implementation. This enables you to spend less time selecting tools and more time learning how, when and where to use them.

These books are being used by students, teachers, administrators, board members, personnel staff, healthcare professionals, business leaders and employees from schools, universities, corporations, hospitals and government agencies.

The Tool Time books are a must for every improvement team.

Thousands of copies are already in use.

Price: $35 USD per book or save by purchasing our Tool Time Kit.

I attended one of David's seminars in October 2008 where he demonstrated the utility of the various tools and when they can be used.  I must confess to being a little sceptical at first.  I first used these tools on an International Conflict Seminar in November 2008 in Stuttgart.  I used the Problem Statement and Code of Cooperation in a role play and the participants, who were all international businessmen, found the process hugely helpful and immediately saw the benefits of using these tools in the work place.

Based on the success of this seminar, these tools have now become standard practice for all my management and team building seminars.  For example, an International pharmaceutical company used the Consensogram to measure commitment to a new project at the end of a team building seminar.  I also introduced at this seminar, the Bone Diagram to show in a simple clear way what actions are needed to be taken to ensure project completion.

The beauty of these tools is their simplicity and applicability in all kinds of business situations.  These business tools show a situation pictorially and this method is so effective in identifying the critical factors for success or indentifying possible failures.

David’s Tool Time for Business is now my constant companion and I would recommend it to any team leader.
